Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional cleaning services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Hello Cleaner.

What does a cleaning service include?

Home cleaning services include general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, and tidying up. They will also make the bed, do laundry, and iron your clothes if required. In addition to these tasks, our professional cleaners will also clean toilets, counters, bathtubs, showers, and kitchen appliances such as stovetops and fridges. If you have a patio or balcony, those will be thoroughly cleaned too along with interior windows. Our cleaners can also help you with basic organizing of your closets and kitchen cupboards.

Who will come clean my home?

We only work with the best cleaners in Dubai who follow industry standards. A professional cleaner or a team of cleaners will carry out the home cleaning service. All cleaners are highly trained and have the know-how to carry out the required cleaning tasks. They will also come to your home with cleaning supplies and equipment if requested.

ARE CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

How do I pay for the cleaning service?

You can pay for the home cleaning service either with a credit card online or with cash after the service is completed. If you choose to pay with your credit card, you will only be charged after the service is completed and you will be notified through your email.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

How often should I book a cleaning service?

You can book a home cleaning service every day, 5 times a week, once every week, once every other week, or just when you need the service. Choosing a frequency really depends on what you need and prefer for your home and family. Most of our customers choose a weekly cleaning service because it ensures that the same cleaner will carry out the service every time on the same day every week. The same cleaner is guaranteed with all plans except one-time only bookings.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a Express booking®, we’ll match you with the same person going forward.

WHICH NATIONALITY ARE THE CLEANERS?

All our staff are from Philippines, they can speak English and all of them are well trained.

WHAT IF THE CLEANER MISSED TO CLEAN SOME PLACES?

Please get in touch within 24 Hrs and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

WHAT IS EXPRESS CLEANING®

Most of us clean our homes once a week due to either lack of time or high cost of hiring a maid. What if you can keep your home clean on a daily basis for less price? Express Cleaning® offer packages just for the right time needed for your home, Instead of hiring a maid for 3 hrs at one shot for Aed 105, you can hire us 3 times for Aed 100 per week including Eco Friendly cleaning materials. This way your home is cleaned on a regular basis.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

  • For Express Cleaning®, you are charged on a weekly basis.

HOW CAN I BOOK EXPRESS CLEANING®?

Currently we offer Express Cleaning® to certain locations only, please contact us before making a booking.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA TIME

If you need extra time then please contact office, however we can extend only if there is availability.

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS FOR EXPRESS CLEANING®?

No, you can cancel Express Cleaning® anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Can I change or cancel my home cleaning service?

Yes, you can make modifications and cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning service begins. Any cancellations and changes received less than 24 hours in advance of the booking may be charged a late cancellation/modification fee.

What precautions are being taken against COVID-19?

We are continuing to take strict measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our staff:

  • All staff have been trained on personal hygiene including proper hand-washing once they visit your premises before and after work.
  • Our staff have been provided with face masks as well as disposable gloves.
  • Hand sanitizers have been distributed to all our vehicles for our staff to use throughout the day.
  • The residential quarters of our staff, and our vehicles, have been deep cleaned and sanitized in line with the instructions provided by the relevant ministries and health authorities.
  • Our supervisors are conducting daily health screening of our staff; any staff member who is feeling unwell is being taken off duty immediately and will not be sent to customers.
